Wow! You're here!

And a big welcome from Aura. That’s me. I’m one of the people in this story and, by the way, if you’d rather listen than read, just click the headphones that are next to red or blue text. Readers: click the blue or red text.

But mainly I just want to say: no matter how you got here, take our coming together as an occasion to maybe see things in a new light, like when Sine, Coronado and I met and got to jabbering about the highlights, history, and issues in the real-life theme park we call the Grand Canyon and four corners states. Maybe you, like us, will come to find community and your self in the story we’re about to enter.

Meeting these guys got me to start up the Orientation Theater’s Café that offers American and European entrees circa 1492. That’s where our conversation led me: to do something I’d never thought of. Stop in for a bite at intermission to see how what seems so ordinary came from different cultures mixing it up over time. Intermissions are also a good time to buzz through the print version of our story to hit on links you would have missed if you were just listening to it. And when it’s all over, you might decide to go with us on tours to the things that got us thinking. My bet is you’ll end up exploring your surroundings and your self more deeply and from a broader perspective after awhile.

This being the web, you will just have to pretend. Go ahead and click on The Story in Brief to meet Coronado and see what this is all about. Godspeed!
